Mike Tyson's Connecticut mansion returns to market for $9.9 million

A luxury mansion in Farmington, Connecticut, formerly owned by Mike Tyson and 50 Cent, has returned to the real estate market with an asking price of $9.9 million. The 17.6-acre estate was originally purchased by Tyson in 1996 for approximately $3 million.

During his seven-year ownership, Tyson customized the 4,740-square-meter property with various amenities, including a professional recording studio, a private cinema, and a nightclub named ‘Club TKO’. The residence features 19 bedrooms, seven kitchens, a casino, a cigar lounge, and a full spa area with a heated pool, sauna, and massage facilities. The estate also includes a helipad, providing easy access to New York and Boston.

In 2003, rapper and entrepreneur Curtis Jackson, known as 50 Cent, purchased the estate for $4.1 million, utilizing the professional recording studio for his musical career. The property is currently being managed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties.
