Mike Tyson's legal team accuses Supreme of contract breach

Mike Tyson’s legal team has accused the streetwear brand Supreme of breaching a contract following an unauthorized change to a collaborative apparel design. The dispute involves a remake of a vintage hoodie produced as part of a Fall 2026 collection with designer Martine Rose.

According to Tyson’s attorney, Mitchell Schuster, the original artwork approved by the boxer featured an Israeli flag alongside other national symbols to celebrate his boxing history. However, the version produced by Supreme and Rose replaced the Israeli flag with a Palestinian flag. The hoodie was pulled from sale earlier this week after the modification was noticed by consumers.

Schuster stated that the unauthorized alteration embroiled Tyson in an “unrelated political crisis” and constitutes a material breach of contract. The legal team indicated they will take necessary action to protect Tyson’s name, likeness, and legacy. Supreme has not issued a public comment regarding the allegations.
