Mikey Madison to star in ‘The Social Reckoning’ sequel

Oscar winner Mikey Madison is set to return to the big screen in October with ‘The Social Reckoning’, a sequel to ‘The Social Network’. Madison, who won Best Actress in 2025 for ‘Anora’, will portray Frances Haugen, the engineer who leaked internal documents exposing Facebook’s impact on adolescents and the spread of misinformation.

The film features Jeremy Allen White as Wall Street Journal reporter Jeff Horwitz, who worked alongside Haugen to expose the company’s decision-making processes. Jeremy Strong will take over the role of Mark Zuckerberg, succeeding Jesse Eisenberg from the original film. Aaron Sorkin returns as director and screenwriter for the project.
