Milagre Metaleiro festival begins 17th edition in Portugal

The 17th edition of the Milagre Metaleiro Open Air festival begins today at the Parque de Lazer das Cruzinhas in Pindelo dos Milagres, São Pedro do Sul. The lineup features international metal acts including Paradise Lost from the UK, The Haunted from Sweden, Destruction, and Belphegor. The event kicks off with the Portuguese band Gnosis, followed by performances from artists such as Crematory, Primal Fear, and Gwydion.

Ahead of the current festivities, organizers have already announced the initial lineup for the 2027 edition, scheduled for August 20–22. Headliners for 2027 include The Halo Effect and Samael, alongside Masterplan, Benediction, Induction, and Manegarm. Special early-bird pricing for 2027 passes has been offered to current attendees.
