Milagros Corretjer awarded $13.5M in real estate in De La Hoya divorce

Milagros “Millie” Corretjer has been awarded full ownership of two Puerto Rico properties valued at a combined $13.5 million as part of her divorce settlement from boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya.

According to court documents, the real estate includes a property in San Juan valued at $3.5 million and a $10 million property located at the Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande. The properties are designated as Corretjer’s “sole and separate property,” meaning De La Hoya holds no further claim to them. The recent filing serves to facilitate the formal transfer of these assets, a process requiring a certified court order in Puerto Rico.

De La Hoya and Corretjer married in October 2001 and have three children together. Although the couple separated in 2016, De La Hoya did not officially file for divorce until January 2023, with the settlement reached in 2025. While the real estate details have been made public through the transfer process, the remainder of the financial settlement remains confidential.
