Milan Fashion Week features Spring-Summer 2027 collections from Marni and Gongdid Design

During Milan Fashion Week, Marni and Gongdid Design presented their Spring-Summer 2027 collections, showcasing distinct approaches to contemporary fashion.

Meryll Rogge, creative director of Marni, presented her second collection for the maison. The line focuses on geometric silhouettes, graphic prints, and visible construction details such as exposed seams and linings. The collection emphasizes a sense of freedom and imperfection, utilizing contrasting colors and unconventional tailoring to redefine the brand's identity.

Gongdid Design made its official debut with the collection ‘A Gentle Echo’ at Palazzo Landriani. The brand utilized themes of gratitude and luck, incorporating subtle four-leaf clover motifs inspired by vintage floral paintings. The collection features manual pleating techniques, handmade paper molds, and textile experimentation to create lightweight, textured garments.
