Milan Futuro defeats Everton U21 in International Cup opener

Milan Futuro secured a 2-1 victory against Everton U21 in their opening match of the Premier League International Cup. The match, held at Goodison Park, saw the young Milan side take control through a goal by Federico Colombo in the 26th minute, following a rebound from a Guernier shot.

Everton responded in the second half when Graham equalized with a free kick. However, Milan Futuro regained the lead in the 77th minute through Lorenzo Ossola, who scored with a left-footed shot after an assist from Castiello.

Federico Colombo, who scored the first goal of the season, praised the unique atmosphere of Goodison Park and noted the team's resilience despite facing physical challenges like cramps during the intense match.
