Milan Đinović and Ambroz Nikač to compete at Para Shooting World Cup in Novi Sad

The Para Shooting World Cup opens in Novi Sad, Serbia, featuring 291 athletes from 51 countries. Montenegrin shooters Milan Đinović (air rifle SH1 R3) and Ambroz Nikač (pistol SH1 P1) are among the participants. Đinović will start his qualification round tomorrow at 13:30, facing a strong field of 66 competitors that includes Paralympic, world and European medalists such as Slovakia’s Veronika Vadovičova and Britain’s Met Skelhon. Coach Željko Božović said the event is a crucial test ahead of the September World Championship in South Korea, where the first quota places for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games will be awarded. Nikač is scheduled to shoot on Wednesday.

The competition serves as a key checkpoint for athletes preparing for upcoming major tournaments and the Paralympic qualification cycle.
