Milan Men's Fashion Week Showcases Light Silhouettes and Bold Accessories

During Milan Men’s Fashion Week, designers emphasized lighter silhouettes and ventilation for the Spring‑Summer 2027 collections. Prada’s co‑creative directors highlighted simplified tailoring and breathable leather, while other houses kept long trousers but moved toward body‑conscious cuts and open necklines to cope with rising temperatures.

At the same shows, small‑scale embellishments dominated the runway. Designers added pins, brooches, feather boas, corsages and other decorative details, turning suits into highly personalized pieces. Brands such as Dunhill, Paul Smith, Dolce & Gabbana and Giorgio Armani featured jeweled accents, embroidered accessories and playful hardware, signalling a trend toward maximalist detailing alongside the overall move toward lighter tailoring.
