Milan to host Oysho Premier Padel P1 tournament in October

The fifth edition of the Oysho Milano Premier Padel P1 is scheduled to take place at the Allianz Cloud in Milan from October 12 to 18. The tournament is expected to attract international stars and thousands of spectators, following a previous year that saw over 35,000 attendees.

The event highlights the rapid growth of padel in Italy, particularly in the Lombardy region, where the number of courts has increased by 180% since 2021. Currently, the sport has reached approximately 1.5 million practitioners and over 10,000 courts across the country.

Supported by the Italian Ministry of Sport and Youth, the Lombardy Region, and the Municipality of Milan, the tournament features top-tier competitors. Previous winners include Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan in the men's category, and Ari Sanchez and Paula Josemaria in the women's category.
