Milan's Bistrot Stendhal partners with PizzAut for inclusion event

Bistrot Stendhal in Milan is launching a special event titled ‘Serata Sbagliata’ (Wrong Evening) on Wednesday, September 23. The project is a collaboration with PizzAut, an organization focused on creating professional opportunities for individuals with autism.

Led by Stendhal Restaurant founder Marcello Forti, the event uses irony to promote inclusion and social change. The evening will feature a non-traditional menu designed to challenge expectations, including items such as a ‘wrong’ Negroni, a ‘wrong’ Spritz, and a ‘wrong’ risotto. A centerpiece of the menu is the ‘Cotoletta Sbagliata,’ a reinterpretation of the classic Milanese dish made with pork, roasted peaches, and balsamic vinegar instead of veal.

The initiative aims to support the vision of Nico Acampora by using culinary creativity to highlight new perspectives on tradition and professional integration.
