Milas holds memorial service for teacher Erdal Ayaz

A memorial service was held in Milas for Erdal Ayaz, a teacher who served at Merkez Ortaokulu for four years. Ayaz passed away at the age of 54 due to an illness.

The ceremony took place in the schoolyard, where students and colleagues gathered to pay their respects. During the event, students honored their teacher by placing flowers on his coffin. Local officials, including the Milas District Governor, the Mayor of Milas, and the District Director of National Education, delivered speeches acknowledging Ayaz’s contributions to the educational community. Following the service, Ayaz was laid to rest in the Çamköy neighborhood cemetery.
