SS Milazzo confirmed Gaetano Catalano as head coach for the 2026/27 Serie D campaign, emphasizing continuity after a successful season that secured the club’s survival and an eighth‑place finish. The club also appointed Giovanni Martello as sporting director, who outlined a recruitment plan focused on strengthening the squad with young talent while rebuilding key positions such as goalkeeper, defense, midfield and attack.

Baranzatese announced the signing of midfielder Andrea D'Errico, a veteran of Serie B and Serie C who previously helped Bari and Monza earn promotions. D'Errico brings more than 200 appearances and 48 career goals, and the club highlighted his experience as a key asset for its upcoming season.
