Milbank to open Chicago office and hire energy partner Nadav Klugman

Milbank LLP has announced plans to open a new office in Chicago, anchored by the recruitment of Nadav Klugman as a partner in the firm’s Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Group.

Klugman joins the firm from White & Case, where he served as a partner and Co-Head of the Global Project Development and Finance Practice. His expertise focuses on energy transition, structured corporate solutions, renewable energy acquisitions, and tax equity investments.

The expansion into Chicago is intended to address increasing demand at the intersection of renewable energy and digital infrastructure. The firm noted that the build-out of digital infrastructure, such as data centers, is driving a need for sophisticated energy financing structures as power requirements accelerate.
