Milena Dravić commemorated at Belgrade's Aleja velikana

Family, friends, and colleagues gathered at the Aleja velikana in Belgrade to commemorate the eighth anniversary of the death of legendary actress Milena Dravić.

During the informal gathering, attendees shared memories of her career and reflected on her profound views regarding the genre of comedy. Dravić often described comedy as a serious, deep, and sublime genre that serves as a victory for life, capable of containing both bitterness and joy.

Among those present was Dravić’s niece, Verica Dravić, who traveled from Sweden for the occasion. Radoslav Zelenović, director of the Palić European Film Festival, also attended to recall her significant contributions as the long-time president of the festival’s Council.
