Milena Đurđić presents ‘Light Over Stone’ fashion show in Budva

Fashion designer Milena Đurđić held an original fashion show titled ‘Svjetlo nad kamenom’ (Light Over Stone) in front of the Old Town walls of Budva. The event combined fashion, music, and scenography to present 50 creations across four distinct acts.

The collection was designed as a narrative journey through the history and identity of Montenegro, exploring themes of origin, suffering, the struggle for freedom, and the nation's future. The show was timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of Montenegro's independence.

The four acts included ‘Tišina kamena’ (Silence of Stone), representing roots and identity; ‘Pukotina’ (The Crack), symbolizing historical breaks and new beginnings; a third act featuring blue tones to symbolize independence; and a final act titled ‘Energija’ (Energy), representing passion as a driving force.
