Bayern Munich Basketball signs Miles Norris to two‑year contract

FC Bayern Basketball announced that American forward Miles Norris has signed a two‑year deal running to the summer of 2028. The 26‑year‑old joins the German club after a season with FC Barcelona in the EuroLeague, where he played 36 games averaging 4.0 points and 2.6 rebounds in about 12 minutes per contest. Norris previously spent two strong seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies’ G League affiliate, averaging 17.1 points, and had a brief NBA stint with the Boston Celtics in 2025, appearing in three games.

Sporting director Thorsten Leibenath said Bayern is looking for players who can continue to develop while adding quality, praising Norris’s athleticism and reliable long‑range shooting. The signing adds a versatile forward capable of playing the small‑forward and power‑forward positions as Bayern prepares for the 2026/27 EuroLeague season.
