Milestone Scientific Inc. reported second quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $2.8 million, representing a 22% increase year-over-year. The company’s medical segment saw significant growth, with CompuFlo revenue rising roughly 231% compared to the same period last year.

Key developments include a strategic distribution agreement to expand CompuFlo access across the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs health systems.
