Miley Cyrus shaves fan's head backstage at Hollywood Bowl

Singer Miley Cyrus fulfilled a special request from a fan, Cash Jacobs, by shaving her head backstage at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Jacobs, a New York resident facing stage 3 breast cancer, had used TikTok to reach out to the singer, asking if Cyrus would perform the haircut to help transform the impending hair loss from chemotherapy into a positive, empowering memory.

Following a series of performances in mid-October, Cyrus's management arranged the meeting. Video footage of the encounter shows the singer using clippers to carefully shave Jacobs' head while offering words of encouragement and humor to ease the emotional difficulty of the moment. Jacobs expressed deep gratitude, noting that Cyrus's music had provided strength during her diagnosis and battles with depression.
