Singer Miley Cyrus fulfilled a request from a fan, Cash Jacobs, by shaving her head backstage at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Jacobs, who has stage 3 breast cancer, had shared a video on TikTok expressing her wish to have her hair cut before beginning chemotherapy, coinciding with breast cancer awareness month.

After the request went viral, Cyrus’s team contacted Jacobs and provided tickets for the singer's second performance at the venue. During the encounter, Cyrus expressed that she felt honored by the request, telling Jacobs, “You can be soft and strong at the same time.”

Jacobs shared the experience on social media, stating that while people often advise against meeting idols, her experience was profound. She noted that Cyrus’s music has provided support during difficult periods, including her cancer diagnosis.
