Miliana Cândida closes first luxury real estate sale worth R$ 7.1 million

Miliana Cândida Rosa Ferreira, a 66-year-old real estate agent, has completed her first major sale by brokering a luxury apartment in Goiânia valued at approximately R$ 7.1 million.

The achievement follows a significant period of personal hardship. Originally from Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Cândida previously worked in various informal roles, including as a domestic worker, cook, and cleaner. She has also experienced homelessness in the past, a period during which she faced extreme vulnerability while caring for her newborn child.

Cândida has been working with her current real estate agency for about seven months since obtaining her professional registration with the Regional Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRECI). Her successful transaction marks a major milestone in her transition into the luxury real estate market.
