Milind Soman launches Fit Gurugram health initiative and marathon

Actor and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman has launched the ‘Fit Gurugram’ initiative, a citywide health and wellness movement organized by Fortis Hospital Gurugram. The campaign aims to promote active living and preventive healthcare within the Millennium City.

As part of the launch, Soman unveiled the campaign’s official jersey and logo. He also announced that a Fit Gurugram Marathon will take place on October 4 at Cyber Hub in Gurugram.

Designed as a sustained community platform rather than a single event, the initiative will include various activities such as community yoga sessions, functional fitness challenges, cycling rallies, corporate wellness programs, mental health sessions, and preventive health screenings.
