Belgrade accidents: Worker injuries and neighbor dispute

A series of incidents occurred in Belgrade, including a serious workplace accident and a violent neighborhood dispute. In the Čukarica district, two workers sustained severe injuries after an excavator bucket fell on them. They were rushed to the Military Medical Academy (VMA) for treatment.

In a separate incident in central Belgrade, a dispute over a rooftop gathering escalated into violence. A 45-year-old man, who was hosting a party with friends, engaged in a confrontation with a neighbor. During the altercation, the neighbor's 76-year-old mother was pushed and fell, resulting in a skull fracture. The suspect, who was reportedly under the influence of alcohol, has been issued a restraining order.
