Millbrook restaurant appoints Stephen Chow as head chef

Millbrook, a restaurant located in the Perth Hills of Western Australia, has transitioned to new leadership under head chef Stephen Chow. Chow, a Southern Chinese-born chef with experience at establishments such as Balthazar and Wildflower, took over the role in July.

The restaurant continues to utilize its estate-grown kitchen garden to supply fruits, vegetables, and herbs, maintaining the Mediterranean, ingredient-first farmhouse style originally introduced by former chef Guy Jeffreys. Jeffreys now serves as a Millbrook ambassador.
