Millennium bim awards prizes to top university research projects

Millennium bim has awarded prizes to the six best projects presented during scientific conferences at two major Mozambican public universities. The awards recognize top-ranking research in science, technology, education, and psychology.

At the Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, the VI Scientific Conferences in the Faculty of Science brought together over 400 participants to discuss natural sciences, mathematics, statistics, and information and communication technologies. Meanwhile, the Universidade Pedagógica de Maputo held conferences focused on education, psychology, and human and social development.

Rui Pedro, President of the Executive Commission of Millennium bim, stated that recognizing university-level work is a way to encourage investigation and knowledge sharing. He noted that supporting these projects helps value research that produces knowledge regarding the Mozambican reality.
