Hollywood actress Millie Bobby Brown said the bridal gown her character wears in Enola Holmes 3 was modeled after her real wedding dress. Brown married Jake Bongiovi in a secret ceremony in May 2024, with a larger celebration later that year, and collaborated with costume designer Consolata Boyle to adapt elements of the dress for the film’s early wedding scene. She also influenced Enola’s bridal hairstyle, opting for twin braids to symbolize the characters. The actress later kept the simpler second gown used in the movie, adding it to her personal wardrobe.

Brown discussed the design process in a video for Allure and during Netflix’s Tudum interview, noting the challenges of recreating the look on a wig.
