Milo J releases ‘La jangada’ live set to mark album anniversary

Argentine singer-songwriter Milo J is celebrating the first anniversary of his album, ‘La vida era más corta’, with the release of ‘La jangada’, a live musical project.

Recorded on a platform over a river, the live set features 35 musicians performing reinterpretations of eight songs from the original album. The production blends traditional Argentine sounds with contemporary styles, utilizing instruments such as the bandoneón, violin, flute, and zampoña. The project includes collaborations with various artists across generations, including Soledad Pastorutti, Trueno, Raly Barrionuevo, and Mon Laferte.

To mark the occasion, ‘La jangada’ was released with exclusive cinema screenings in 14 countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Spain, and Italy. A special projection event was held at the Dot Baires Shopping in Buenos Aires, attended by the artist, his family, and participating musicians.
