Miloš Vučević says Vojvodina and Novi Sad will stay in Serbia

Serbian Progressive Party leader Miloš Vučević addressed the “Family Day” gathering in Kovilje, asserting that Vojvodina and the city of Novi Sad will remain part of Serbia. He urged unity after a period of division, citing historical ties and calling for a mass meeting in Belgrade on Vidovdan, 27 June, where further discussions with President Aleksandar Vučić on regional development are planned.

Vučević also highlighted recent infrastructure improvements in Novi Sad and defended the protection of local language, script and identity. The event was attended by several ministers and local officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Adriana Mesarović and ministers for the environment, minority rights and social affairs.
