Milo Yiannopoulos deported from United States to United Kingdom

British political commentator Milo Yiannopoulos has been deported from the United States to the United Kingdom following his arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) stated that Yiannopoulos, who legally entered the U.S. in May 2019, overstayed his authorized visa. An immigration judge had issued a final order of removal on July 22 after Yiannopoulos failed to appear for a scheduled hearing.

Yiannopoulos, a former Breitbart News editor and recent spokesperson for the rapper Ye, had been a vocal advocate for strict immigration enforcement and mass deportations. Following his arrest, he described the experience as “humiliating” and “physically degrading,” noting he was placed in manacles and chains.

The deportation has sparked reactions within far-right political circles, with some figures claiming credit for reporting his status, while Yiannopoulos expressed regret regarding his past support for the Trump administration's immigration policies.
