Milorad Dodik accuses Elmedin Konaković of corruption

Milorad Dodik, leader of the SNSD, has leveled several accusations against Elmedin Konaković, labeling him a “swindler” and accusing him of engaging in corrupt activities.

Dodik claimed that Konaković used the decision to allow Serbian citizens to vote in Bosnia and Herzegovina as leverage to facilitate the purchase of properties for diplomatic and consular needs. Furthermore, Dodik alleged that Konaković attempted to condition the approval of military attachés from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the Netherlands on certain political concessions, noting that consent for the British and Dutch attachés was not obtained.

In his social media statements, Dodik characterized Konaković’s conduct as that of a “real estate trader” rather than a minister, suggesting his actions were driven by personal interest and political blackmail.
