SNSD leaders hold pre-election rally in Derventa

The SNSD party held a pre-election rally in Derventa, where leader Milorad Dodik emphasized the party’s goal of a free Republika Srpska and maintaining strong relations with Serbia, Russia, the US, and China. SNSD candidates Savo Minić, running for President of Republika Srpska, and Željka Cvijanović, running for the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, expressed their commitment to the interests of the entity and urged citizens to vote for continued development.

Political tensions have escalated as SNSD leader Milorad Dodik engaged in a verbal dispute with Draško Stanivuković, leader of the ‘Sigurna Srpska’ movement. The conflict involved Dodik sharing an old video of Stanivuković on social media, prompting Stanivuković to respond by criticizing the long-standing rule of the SNSD.

Additionally, former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojević shared a post by Dodik regarding the anniversary of the September 11 attacks, noting that a consulting firm representing Republika Srpska is distributing materials in the US regarding historical links between certain actors in those attacks and the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
