Milwaukee Brewers defeat Minnesota Twins 4-3 in 10 innings

The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Minnesota Twins 4-3 in 10 innings on Sunday to win the series. The victory was secured in the bottom of the 10th inning when Jake Bauers hit a one-out single to shallow left, driving in Brice Turang.

Defensive efforts from Luis Lara were critical to the win. In the top of the 10th, Lara made a leaping catch at the wall on a drive by Kody Clemens to prevent Minnesota from scoring. Lara also made a significant play in the sixth inning to prevent an extra-base hit by Brooks Lee.

Earlier in the game, Kody Clemens hit a two-run home run to tie the game at 3-3. Milwaukee's Jacob Misiorowski recorded nine strikeouts, bringing his major league-leading total to 204, despite allowing three runs over six innings.
