While the pitching staff excels, the Brewers’ offense has lagged in power. In June the team hit 34 home runs (12th in the league) and is tied for 26th overall with 74 homers in 81 games. Management is reportedly targeting a power bat before the 2026 trade deadline, with veteran outfielder Jorge Soler of the Los Angeles Angels singled out. Soler has 11 homers and 37 RBIs in 63 games this season and brings World Series MVP experience.
