Milwaukee Bucks and Minnesota Timberwolves negotiate over Giannis Antetokounmpo

The Minnesota Timberwolves have re‑entered trade talks for Giannis Antetokounmpo, hoping to pair the two‑time MVP with fellow star Anthony Edwards. The team made a new investigative move, according to ESPN’s Jeff Fisher.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks say none of the proposals received meet their standards. As Brian Windhorst reported, the Bucks have not yet seen an offer comparable to the one presented in February and remain dissatisfied with the packages on the table.

The Miami Heat are still viewed as the frontrunner for acquiring Antetokounmpo and are seeking a third club to complete a deal, but the players offered so far do not satisfy the Bucks’ demands. The trade deadline aligns with the NBA Draft on June 23, followed by free agency on July 1.
