Mimco expands into Spanish real estate market

Luxembourg-based asset manager Mimco has entered the Spanish real estate market to strengthen its European presence. The firm, which manages approximately 2.5 billion euros primarily in France, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Germany, opened a local office in September to manage future operations.

One of the group's initial projects involves a land purchase in Benahavís, near Marbella. The development, known as Azurean Marbella, will feature 133 branded residences under the Destination by Hyatt brand. These VIP-service units are currently being marketed with prices starting at 699,000 euros for one-bedroom units, with completion expected by late 2029.
