MIMO Café opens new location at Sheraton Cascais Resort

MIMO Café has expanded its presence by opening a new location at the Sheraton Cascais Resort in Portugal. Managed by United Hospitality Management (UHM), the café offers a versatile menu that includes traditional Portuguese pastries, fresh salads, light meals, and detox juices.

The concept is designed to align with a ‘slow living’ lifestyle, providing specialty coffee during the day and transitioning to a cocktail bar in the evening. The menu features items such as pancakes, avocado toast, and signature cocktails like the ‘Cascais Breeze’.
