Mimoso do Sul to receive 136 homes with R$ 24.2 million investment
The government of Espírito Santo has signed a service order to develop a housing complex in Mimoso do Sul, Brazil. The project involves an investment of R$ 24.2 million to construct 136 social interest homes.
The development will include complete urban infrastructure, such as electrical and hydraulic networks, drainage, sewage systems, a sewage treatment plant, and street paving. Each lot will have a minimum area of 130 square meters, with houses measuring at least 50 square meters. Additionally, the project features a 1,300-square-meter plaza with a playground and a 3,500-square-meter linear park with fitness equipment.
This initiative follows heavy rainfall in March 2024 that caused significant destruction and losses for families in the municipality. The state government reports a total of R$ 310 million in investments across 198 initiatives in Mimoso do Sul.
