Mina Karamitrou discusses departure from OPEN

Journalist Mina Karamitrou has addressed her departure from the television station OPEN and her daily program ‘10 Pandora’, announcing her move to SKAI to host ‘Reportage stis 10’.

During an interview on the program ‘Studio stis 3’, Karamitrou clarified that her decision was not motivated by financial reasons or professional dissatisfaction with OPEN. Instead, she stated that the move was prompted by a “purely personal matter” that she could not overlook or leave behind. She emphasized her desire to move forward rather than dwell on the past.

Karamitrou also spoke about her close relationship with Christos Panagiotopoulos, whom she described as her “journalistic father,” noting that her professional bond with him remains unchanged despite her career transition.
