The seven-story facility covers a total floor area of 15,311 square meters and will house 19 tenants, including retail, dining, and service providers.

The first floor will feature a new dining zone called ‘Shintsudanuma Shokudo,’ hosting various establishments such as Mos Burger, Yoshinoya Umagena, Komeda’s Coffee, and Yayoi Ken. The facility aims to serve a wide range of customers from individuals to families, with operating hours starting as early as 7:00 AM on the first floor.

Fast Retailing brands will occupy the upper floors. Uniqlo will relocate to the second and third floors, with direct access from the second-floor deck connected to Shin-Tsudanuma Station to improve convenience. The fourth floor will feature GU, which is introducing a new kids' line as part of the renewal. Other tenants include PLST, Comptoir des Cotonniers, AOKI, and Second Street.
