Minab Bicycle Caravan reaches Van on 3,000-km journey

The Minab Bicycle Caravan has reached Van, Turkey, as part of a 3,000-kilometer journey aimed at promoting solidarity, peace, and brotherhood among children. The group departed from Diyarbakır on October 2, following the historic Silk Road route.

Participants are carrying letters, drawings, toys, and school bags collected from children in Turkey to deliver to children in Minab, Iran. Caravan spokesperson Cengiz Yargıç stated that the mission is a response to attacks on Minab, noting that the cyclists are using school bags as saddlebags to transport these gifts.

After a stop at Van City Square, the caravan plans to cross into Iran to continue its journey toward Minab.
