Minas Gerais adds 141 public jobs and free university seats
The municipality of Inimutaba in Minas Gerais issued a revised public tender that creates 141 immediate vacancies across elementary, secondary, technical and higher‑education levels. Salaries range from R$1,600 to R$14,676 and weekly work hours vary between 20 and 40. The objective exam is scheduled for 17 May 2026, with a re‑application phase on 21 June 2026. The Federal Institute of Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM) announced free admission to seven undergraduate programmes offered at its campuses in Uberlândia, Uberaba, Campina Verde, Paracatu and Patrocínio. Courses such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis and Commercial Management run for two to five years. Applications close on 21 June, with selection based on ENEM scores or a written essay. No tuition or enrollment fees are charged, expanding higher‑education access for regional students.
