Minas Gerais communication industry introduces new awards and summits

The Communication Industry Chamber of the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais (FIEMG) recently highlighted initiatives to strengthen the audiovisual and communication sectors in Minas Gerais.

During a meeting in Belo Horizonte, two major projects were presented: the ‘Prêmio Minas de Comunicação’, organized by the Advertising Agencies Union of Minas Gerais (Sinapro-MG), and the ‘Escadas Summit’, which focuses on the audiovisual market. The award aims to recognize excellence in advertising, marketing, design, and digital media produced within the state.

Sinapro-MG President Gustavo Faria noted that the Minas Gerais market is a significant economic driver, having generated over R$ 90 billion in new business for advertisers last year. The initiatives seek to increase visibility and integration across the state's diverse communication supply chain.
