Minas Gerais municipalities launch new public sector job exams

The municipality of Faria Lemos in Minas Gerais announced a public tender covering a wide range of positions, from general service assistants to engineers, doctors and teachers. Salaries range from R$1,650 to R$16,803 per month, with application fees of R$60‑R$100 and registrations opening on 5 August 2026 through the IBGP portal. The written exam is scheduled for 27 September 2026, with titles evaluation for higher‑level roles.

Separately, the Belo Horizonte Finance Secretariat revealed that the ISS BH concurso will have its notice published in the second half of 2026, with exams planned for early 2027. Current entry salaries are about R$8,867 for 30‑hour weeks and R$11,259 for 40‑hour weeks, plus possible bonuses up to roughly R$7,000 and a daily meal allowance. About half of the current analysts work remotely, though the upcoming edition may initially require on‑site work.
