Minas Gerais Participações S. A. opens accreditation for technical services

Minas Gerais Participações S. A. (MGI) has opened public accreditation notice nº 02/2026 to establish a database of technical service providers. The call is directed at companies specializing in engineering, architecture, and agronomy.

Selected services will include construction monitoring and inspection, real estate and asset valuation, and georeferencing. To qualify, companies must hold professional registration with either the Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture (Crea) or the Council of Architecture and Urbanism of Minas Gerais (CAU). Technical leads must provide proof of experience through technical certificates.

Contracted services will be distributed via an electronic lottery system. This system matches the requested technical activity with the specific municipalities and regions selected by the companies during their registration. Once a company is selected by the lottery, it has five business days to accept the assignment. The accreditation process is expected to remain open for up to five years, with contracts having a 60-month term.
