Minas Gerais state entities hold real estate auctions

Minas Gerais Participações S.A. (MGI), a state-owned company, has launched an electronic auction for seven properties belonging to the Institute of Social Security for State Employees (Ipsemg). The assets include a house in the Nova Suíça neighborhood of Belo Horizonte and six lots located in central Betim. Bidding for these properties is open until December 3.

Separately, the energy utility Cemig is conducting an auction for various urban and rural properties across Minas Gerais and Goiás. The offerings include commercial buildings in Juiz de Fora and Betim, residential land in Belo Horizonte, and several rural plots and farms in regions such as Norte de Minas, Sul de Minas, and Vale do Jequitinhonha.
