Minas Tênis Clube Wins Men's Team Title at Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics Championships

The men's competition of the Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics Championships took place in Brasília on Friday, August 7. Minas Tênis Clube secured the team title with a score of 236.100, ahead of Esporte Clube Pinheiros (235.450) and AGITH (229.750). The team featured Pan‑American medalists Vitaliy Guimarães and Caio Souza, who led the club throughout the event.

In the individual all‑around, Vitaliy Guimarães (Minas) claimed first place with 77.850 points, followed by Patrick Corrêa (Pinheiros) and Diogo Paes (Pinheiros). Apparatus finals saw strong performances from Minas athletes, including Caio Souza winning the rings with 13.758 and Vitaliy Guimarães placing second on the pommel horse. Pinheiros athletes also featured prominently across the floor, vault and parallel bars rankings.

The top eight gymnasts on each apparatus qualified for the final round scheduled for Saturday afternoon, where individual medals will be awarded.
