MindMaze Therapeutics reports 2026 half-year results and corporate update

MindMaze Therapeutics Holding SA has released its 2026 half-year report, detailing a period of organizational restructuring and commercial expansion. The company reported H1 2026 revenue of CHF 0.5 million and a net loss of CHF 6.9 million.

Key strategic developments include the expansion of commercial capabilities in the United States through a partnership with Vibra Healthcare. Real-world evidence from a two-year program with Vibra Healthcare indicated improved patient outcomes using high-dose, high-intensity neurorehabilitation. In Europe, the company has advanced its reimbursement strategy with patient enrollment in SwissNeuroRehab and the launch of the REACT-AVC study in France.

Additionally, MindMaze is supporting a University of Pittsburgh study involving spinal cord stimulation for stroke recovery. To reduce its cost base, the company completed an organizational simplification that included disposing of non-neurology legacy operations. Financially, the company has received CHF 4.0 million as part of a CHF 8.0 million equity financing agreement, with the remainder expected in the second half of 2026.
