Minecraft launches educational fusion power tour

Impress has announced the release of ‘Fusion Power Tour,’ an educational RPG-style adventure world available on the Minecraft Marketplace. Supervised by the Naka Fusion Science and Technology Institute, the content is designed to teach players about the mechanisms of nuclear fusion, a key area of research for future clean energy.

Produced by Japan Crafters Union and created by the UMC Studio team, the experience allows players to ride minecarts through a massive research facility and the interior of a fusion reactor. The world includes interactive elements such as a control room with large monitors, exhibition floors with reactor models, and offshore energy research facilities, enabling users to learn through visual and physical interaction rather than just reading text.
