Mineral de la Reforma honors 16 youths with 2026 awards

In Mineral de la Reforma, Hidalgo, sixteen young people were honored during the delivery of the 2026 Municipal Youth Award. The ceremony recognized individuals from a pool of 75 participants for their talent, career paths, and contributions to the community.

Mayor Eduardo Medécigo Rubio highlighted the creativity and social commitment of the new generations, noting that the municipality is part of the UNESCO Learning Cities Network. Award recipients were recognized in various categories, including music, ecology and sustainability, gender equality, science and research, and community leadership.
