Minerul Lupeni launches season tickets to fund stadium upgrades

Minerul Lupeni has launched season ticket sales for the 2026–2027 season, though match entry remains free for all spectators. The subscription model is designed to guarantee reserved seating for holders during high-attendance matches and to fund stadium infrastructure improvements.

Club financier Emil Părău stated that the funds collected from these subscriptions will be directed toward modernizing the stadium rather than player salaries. Specifically, the investment will target the construction of new locker rooms, a gym, recovery areas, and modern sanitary facilities to replace aging existing structures.
